This Privacy Policy describes how hear2sleep ("the app", "we", "us") handles your information. The app is developed by Dr. Phan Huu Phuoc, Geriatrician, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
hear2sleep does not require you to create an account and does not collect personal information such as your name, email address, or phone number.
Songs you add from your own device are stored and played locally on your device only. We do not upload, store, or access your personal audio files on any server.
The app displays advertisements through Google AdMob. To serve ads, Google may collect and use certain data, including a device advertising identifier (IDFA on iOS) and general usage information. This data is handled by Google in accordance with its own privacy policy, available at https://policies.google.com/privacy.
On iOS, the app will ask for your permission before tracking your activity for advertising purposes. You may decline, and you can change this at any time in your device Settings.
The app may request access to your media library or files solely to let you select and play your own audio within the app. These files are never transmitted off your device by us.
hear2sleep is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
