How do I unlock all content?
Tap the Premium screen inside the app and choose a subscription plan (3 months or 12 months). All lessons, audio, quizzes, and translations will be unlocked.
How do I restore my purchase on a new device?
Open the Premium screen and tap "Restore". Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to your device Settings → tap your name (Apple ID) → Subscriptions → select 121 Top English for Doctors → Cancel Subscription.
The audio is not playing. What should I do?
Check that your device is not in silent mode and the volume is up. Try closing and reopening the app.
Which languages are supported for translation?
Premium includes translation support for 10 languages to help you understand medical vocabulary.
